WorkZenta operates workzenta.com from Burnie, Tasmania, Australia, and can be contacted at careers@workzenta.com. These terms explain the services provided through the website and the responsibilities that come with using them. By using the site you accept these terms.
"Site" means workzenta.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean WorkZenta. "You" means a visitor or applicant. "Employer" means the business identified for an opportunity. "Listing" means the description of an opportunity on the site.
WorkZenta publishes recruitment opportunities and introduces interested applicants to the employers identified for those opportunities. We are not the hiring employer. The relevant employer is responsible for hiring decisions, contracts, supervision, working arrangements and pay. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship with WorkZenta and does not guarantee an offer from an employer.
A listing should be read together with its stated duties, work location, type of engagement, eligibility requirements and conditions. Availability can change while recruitment is under way. If a role closes or its material details change, we update or remove the listing once we become aware of it. If you notice inaccurate or conflicting information, email careers@workzenta.com and tell us which listing it concerns.
Provide accurate information and apply on your own behalf, unless you have permission to help another person apply. You must meet the actual eligibility and work-authorisation requirements for the role. To apply, complete the form and then send the application message to our HR team on WhatsApp; opening WhatsApp on its own does not send anything. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email us about an alternative. An employer may ask for more information, an interview or other reasonable steps before making an offer.
WorkZenta does not charge applicants application, placement, administration or training fees and does not require any deposit. Employers pay for the recruitment advertising and introduction services they use. We never require applicants to buy cryptocurrency, top up an account, pay to unlock work or transfer money so that wages can be released. Report any request like that connected with one of our listings to careers@workzenta.com.
Pay information applies only to the specific role and the conditions described for it. A pay range does not mean every applicant will receive the highest amount. Before accepting work, get written confirmation from the employer of its legal identity, the duties and type of engagement, the pay rate or how pay is calculated, the expected hours or workload, the payment schedule, and any benefits or other material conditions. We do not guarantee employment, a minimum workload or any particular income because you apply.
We are responsible for our own statements and advertising. Employers are responsible for the information they supply and for their own recruitment and employment obligations. If our advertising and the website differ in a way that matters, we review the difference and correct it. A general disclaimer does not override a specific statement we have made or remove rights you have under the law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how application and contact information is handled. Employers, WhatsApp and other external services may have their own privacy policies and terms, but using those services does not remove our responsibility for how we handle your information.
Do not impersonate another person, submit applications you know are false, provide another person's information without permission, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the website or the systems behind it.
You may view and save website content for your personal job search. Other uses, such as copying the content to another site or using it commercially, need permission from the relevant rights holder. The photographs are licensed stock images and do not show actual applicants or employers.
The site opens WhatsApp and email and embeds a form hosted by Waformly. We do not control those services and are not responsible for how they operate.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that a role will stay open for the whole of your application process. We may update or pause the site without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to those rights, WorkZenta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
The site may occasionally contain typographical or technical errors. We correct them when we become aware of them.
If you breach these terms, for example by submitting another person's details without permission, you are responsible for the loss this reasonably causes. This does not apply to loss caused by our own conduct.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, form or messaging providers.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Statement together form the agreement between you and us about using the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, subject to the mandatory laws and protections that apply to you.
For questions or complaints, email careers@workzenta.com with the relevant listing and details. We publish updates on this page with a revised date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not take away rights relating to an earlier interaction.
