Why this page exists

Advertising platforms, employers and applicants all reasonably want to know what this site is and where its limits sit. Rather than scatter that through a footer, it is set out here in one place.

Our role, stated plainly

WorkZenta introduces applicants to employers. We are not the employer in any listing on this site. We do not sign contracts with workers, set rosters, supervise work or issue payment. Once an introduction is made, the relationship runs between you and that employer.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will be offered work. We do not promise a level of income, a number of hours, or a timeframe for being paid. Any figure an employer gives you comes from that employer, and it should be confirmed by them in writing before you commit to anything.

Where listing details come from

Employers supply the details of their own listings. We publish them in good faith and take listings down once we are told a role has closed, but we cannot independently audit an employer's internal arrangements. If a listing turns out not to match reality, tell us and it comes down.

Money, the short version

We never charge applicants anything, and we will never ask you for a payment, a deposit, a bank login, a card number, a password or a one-time code. No legitimate stage of this process involves sending money or credentials to anybody. If that is ever asked of you in our name, it did not come from us.

Your data

What is collected, who processes it and how long it is kept is set out in full in the privacy notice. The short version: it reaches the employer whose listing you answered, plus the named providers that run the form, the hosting, the advertising measurement and WhatsApp, and nowhere else.

Consistency with our advertising

Where we advertise, the intention is to describe the work in the same terms the site uses. If an advertisement for this site says something different from what is written here, please send it to us. We review the difference and correct whichever one is wrong.

How this site earns its keep

Employers pay to have roles advertised and applicants introduced. Applicants pay nothing, ever. We say this openly because an introduction service that is vague about who pays it invites exactly the suspicion it should be trying to avoid.

Things we cannot verify for you

We publish what employers tell us, but we are not an auditor, a regulator or a licensing body. We do not inspect a workplace, we do not verify an employer's financial position, and we do not confirm that a role is still open at the second you read about it. Treat a listing as an invitation to have a conversation, not as a warranty.

If a listing or an advertisement looks wrong

We would rather hear about it than not. Send it to us with a screenshot, and if it turns out the listing does not reflect reality we remove it and stop advertising it. Reports are treated as confidential.

Raising a concern

Email careers@workzenta.com with what happened and, if you have one, a screenshot. Concerns about a listing, an advertisement, or someone misusing our name all go to the same address. Every report gets a written reply, and it is kept confidential.
